Free play is a continuous bar playground: land, fall and keep experimenting. R resets the gymnast; Replay lets you inspect your last move. Choose Challenges above the game for the green-mat objectives described below. C switches the camera view.
Try Bar flow
Choose 02 · Bar flow. Three bars give you room to link swings. Complete a regrab before landing on the green mat. The bright ring around an available bar shows where to aim your hands.
Open your hands for the catch
Release toward a bar, then let go of Tuck and Pike. Passing your open hands close enough makes the catch automatic. There is no separate grab key.
A tucked body keeps its hands in and will not catch. Your most recently released bar has a brief cooldown, so you cannot snap straight back onto it. After flying away, you can return to it for another regrab.
Carry the momentum through
The catch carries the tangential part of your flight momentum into the new swing. Watch which way you are moving before extending or tucking again. You can regrab and release several times in one attempt.
For an easier finish, aim for a controlled open-body landing instead of adding another flip. A run only banks its score after you land.
Add a trampoline in Bounce park
The blue surface is a trampoline. Land feet-first with an open body and controlled spin to launch upward again. A sideways or tucked impact ends the attempt. The green surface is the finishing mat.
Use the extra height to tuck, open up, or reach another bar. Slow motion and replay are available in every park.
